Meet Tony Knapp

A 27-year Hilton Head Island resident, Tony Knapp has been with Mortgage Network since February 2006. Among the products that Tony markets is a unique mortgage program for seniors, allowing them to avoid risky reverse mortgages.

“My position with Mortgage Network allows me to help others with one of their most important decisions,” says Tony, who provided customer service training for Mortgage Network staff prior to joining the company. In addition, he represents Mortgage Network as an affiliate member of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors.

Tony is also a highly respected and sought after speaker, trainer and consultant, bringing a depth of understanding to the critical nature of communications in management, leadership, customer service and sales relationships. He has delivered his message to thousands of business professionals across America, Australia and the United Kingdom. His client list reflects some of America’s leading companies including such familiar names as AT&T, IBM, General Electric, Marriott, Delta Airlines, Nordstrom and Motorola.  He has served as a consultant to several government agencies including the EPA, CDC, US Postal Service and The Pennsylvania State Senate. Tony is also a frequent contributor to educational institutions and has performed workshops at Yale University, University of Illinois, Ohio State, Texas A&M and The Air Force Academy.

He was selected as presenter and facilitator for the Hilton Head Island Ambassador certification program and has certified over 3,000 Hilton Head residents as “Island Ambassadors.” Tony has also served as a team member for three national best practice studies sponsored by the world renowned American Productivity and Quality Center and personally conducted the first ever best practice study for retail sales professionals.

Tony lives on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with his wife, Mary, and their two children, Laura and Brian.
