Meet Torrey Glass

Torrey Glass joined Mortgage Network in 2003 after a 25-year career in strategic planning, marketing, sales and general management in both large corporations and small company environments. 

For the past ten years, Torrey has been a partner with Management Consulting Services Inc., a firm that develops and implements strategic plans for national and international clients, provides counsel and expertise on general management and organizational issues and directs clients in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and tactical plans.

Prior to forming Management Consulting Services, Torrey held various senior level marketing and sales positions for a number of major corporations, including Signature Brands, Inc. (the parent corporation for Mr. Coffee, Health o meter and Pelouze brand products); Rubbermaid Corporation and Sunbeam Appliance Company. He also has significant experience in acquisitions, off shore sourcing, international joint ventures and IPO’s, as well as experience in finance, distribution and manufacturing.

Torrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from the F.E. Seidman School of Business. He has been named to both Who’s Who in the South and Southwest and Who’s Who among US Executives.

A member of the Wexford Plantation Homeowners Association board of six years, Torrey served as both Vice President and Treasurer. He is also a board member and Past President of the Duke University Alumni Club of the Lowcountry, a member of Arts Center of Coastal Carolina’s Heritage Circle and an on-course volunteer for the MCI Heritage of Golf. A Hilton Head Island property owner for 14 years, Torrey and his wife Kathi moved to the island full time in 1998.
