Meet Ty Peacher 

Ty Peacher joined Mortgage Network in 2004 after a successful career in the hospitality and club management industries.

A 1988 graduate of University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism, Ty grew up on Hilton Head Island, moving here from Atlanta in 1972 and graduating from Sea Pines Academy (now Hilton Head Prep) in 1984.

After graduating from USC, Ty returned to Hilton Head Island and spent 11 years with Marriott Hotels, both on the island and in Atlanta. In 1994 he moved into club management with such prestigious organizations as Brookfield Country Club in Roswell, Georgia; St. Ives Country Club in Duluth, Georgia; and Mountain Air Country Club in Burnsville, North Carolina.

While in the mountains, Ty became an avid snow skier, but after three years he decided it was time to move back to the island to be close to family and friends. In August of 2004, he joined Mortgage Network as a Loan Officer. In his spare time, he enjoys the many amenities of life in the Lowcountry, especially boating, fishing and golfing.

“Hilton Head Island is my home as I have spent more time here than any other place,” said Ty.

“Being a long time resident, with my father working in the development business, I had the opportunity to experience living in a resort environment and was able to gain an understanding of the customer who is attracted to the Lowcountry firsthand.”
