Meet Brian Neumann

NMLS #174105

Brian Neumann has been a resident of Hilton Head Island since 1991. Following his graduation from Hilton Head High School, he attended the University of South Carolina and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He majored in Marketing Management and minored in Retail. Brian returned to Hilton Head to start his career and to fulfill his dream of raising a family on his beloved island home. Brian has been originating mortgages since 2004. Prior to joining Mortgage Network in June 2006, Brian worked for a local bank as a Loan Officer.

Having spent most of his life on Hilton Head, Brian has developed very strong ties with the real estate, construction, and development industries in the area. Through these ties and his banking background, Brian has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and experience in every facet of the mortgage industry. This experience coupled with Mortgage Network’s lending ability means that Brian is capable of handling any and all types of financing. Brian has worked under the philosophy that there is always a method to lend money and makes sure that his customers are well informed; kept up to speed with the lending process; and most of all Happy.

Brian and his wife currently reside in Palmetto Dunes where they take full advantage of their love for the Lowcountry outdoor life.
